Located in the quaint town of Steilacoom overlooking the Puget Sound, the goal of this project was to provide indoor/outdoor living throughout all seasons that allows the homeowners to take full advantage of their spectacular view. This project consisted of installing a large sliding glass door from the kitchen to the deck and expanding and connecting the two decks on the main floor with a spiral staircase leading to the lower patio. Four large skylights were installed to provide natural light. The lower patio was expanded with additional covered area and outdoor kitchen. Access to the outdoor patio from the remodeled workout area was provided with new French doors.
