Lakeview Light and Power nearly doubled their office space with this remodel and addition. The initial goal was to keep as much of the existing structure as possible while adding 2500 square feet and fully remodeling the interior spaces. New, open office space with vaulted ceilings provides easy access to a new drive-through window. We remodeled the area to include offices for the service department and new restrooms/shower facilities for the service department. The combination of brick and siding evokes a distinctly Northwestern look while the stepping roof structure provides interest while respecting the original roof profile.
