Los Guerreros started in Lakewood as a small Mexican grocery, bakery, and butcher shop located in a tenant space of a strip mall along Lakewood’s busy Pacific Highway corridor. As the neighboring business began to fade away, the owners of this shop decided to buy the entire building and make it their own. The support we provided allowed the business to transform into a truly authentic Mexican market. The store now carries a wide selection of items that are not typically available in the area, and the architecture draws attention, which attracts new, curious customers. Additionally, the building now compliments the bustling surrounding area with some serious curb appeal.
