This 3-unit development is divided into 2-bedroom, 1,200 square foot units located in the Tillicum neighborhood of Lakewood, Washington. It was important to the developer to incorporate some interest into the building design. We staggered the units providing horizontal modulation and added a shed dormer roof allowing for transom windows to provide natural light for the upper bedrooms.
James Guerrero Architects designed the building and provided the entire landscape and irrigation design. Once matured, it will help to contribute a sense of privacy and individuality to the property.
